It combines health coaching support with provider-endorsed techniques. The app’s programs focus on a variety of health and wellness topics—from sleep, stress, anxiety, and depression to diabetes management, nutrition, weight management, tobacco cessation, and Healthy Families lifestyle coaching. With RxWell, you can work to reach a healthy mental and physical state.* Once you’re a member, you can download RxWell from your device’s app store or call 1-855-395-8762 (TTY: 711) to connect with a clinical navigator who can help you get started. *Available for members who are 16 or older.
